Understanding Your Device’s LED Status Indicators

This guide helps you understand the different light patterns of your device’s LED. These indicators provide valuable real-time information about your device’s operational state.

The device features a single LED that displays various colors and patterns. Each combination corresponds to a specific status:

LED Color & PatternStatus DescriptionWhat It Means
Flashing WhiteBooting UpThe device is starting its system. This is normal after being powered on.
Blinking GreenIdleThe device is attempting to connect to the network and cloud but is currently unable to establish a connection.
Solid GreenConnected & IdleThe device has successfully connected to the network and cloud services and is awaiting commands.
Solid BlueApplication RunningThe device is connected to the network and is actively running its primary application or task.
Blinking BlueApplication Running (Offline)The device is running its primary application but is not connected to the network.
Blinking RedSoft AP Mode ActiveThe device is in Soft AP (Access Point) mode for initial setup or Wi-Fi configuration.
Flashing YellowSystem Update in ProgressThe device is updating its firmware or installing an application. Important: Do not power off the device.
LED OffPowered Off or IssueIf connected to power, check the power supply. If the issue persists, contact support.

Key Observations

  • Normal Operation: A solid green light indicates the device is online and idle. A solid blue light means it’s online and actively working.
  • Connection Problems: If you see a blinking green or blinking blue light, it signifies a problem with the network connection. Check your Wi-Fi or network source.
  • Updates: A flashing yellow light is for system updates. Allow this process to complete without interruption.
